This Policy explains how ZAIAC TECNOLOGIA LTDA handles personal data of people who visit zaiac.com.br or contact us, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and, where applicable to visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect
- Data you send us: when you contact us by WhatsApp, e-mail or phone, we receive your name, number or e-mail and the content of your message.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, date and time, browser type and pages accessed, recorded on the hosting servers for security and operation purposes.
This website has no forms, requires no registration and uses statistics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept in the cookie notice, and does not use advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it and the legal basis
- Responding to your contact, sending proposals and conducting negotiations: preliminary procedures related to a contract and legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, V and IX).
- Website security and prevention of fraud and abuse: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations (art. 7, II).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It may be processed by providers that help us run the website and our customer service, always for that purpose:
- Website and image hosting (GoDaddy).
- Automatic website translation (GTranslate and Google Translate): when the site loads, your IP address is sent to this service; when you choose another language, the page text is translated by it.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you click the contact buttons, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Google Analytics (Google): only if you accept statistics cookies, browsing data such as pages visited, device and approximate location is sent to Google to produce aggregate statistics.
- Corporate e-mail (Microsoft 365).
Some of these providers are located outside Brazil, which may involve international data transfer with the safeguards provided by the LGPD (art. 33) and the GDPR.
5. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the contact and to meet legal deadlines. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.

At any time you may request: confirmation that we process your data; access, correction or deletion; anonymization or blocking of unnecessary data; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent, where consent is the basis used.
